Our products are digital PDFs. Please review the description and license before purchasing. Digital purchases are generally final once delivered, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

A problem with your purchase?

If a file is damaged, missing, inaccessible, or you believe you were charged twice, email [email protected] with your order number. Never send card details. We will help restore access, replace a faulty file, or review an appropriate refund.

After a refund

Download access for the refunded order is disabled. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.

We usually respond within 1-2 business days. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
